The process is simple:
Step 1 – Make contact with us to inform us of the property you would like appraised via Phone or Message at the bottom of this page.
Step 2 – Make a time that is mutually available for you and us. If the property is tenanted, we will need to organize a time that suites the tenant also.
Step 3 – We tour the property taking relevant notes of inclusions, condition, location etc
Step 4 – We use both out knowledge of market conditions, properties for rent and properties rented along with some further research to complete a CMA (Comparative Market Appraisal)
Step 5 – We make a time to meet with you to talk through and discuss our findings.
